HR Consultant
HR ConsultingRoles and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations for assigned clients. Manage employee lifecycle activities including joining, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities. Prepare and maintain HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and exit documents. Support clients in implementing HR policies, SOPs, processes, and HR systems. Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding. Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs. Coordinate payroll inputs and support monthly payroll processing. Support PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance activities. Assist clients with performance management, appraisal processes, employee feedback, and employee engagement activities. Support employee grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. Coordinate with client HR teams, management, and employees to ensure smooth HR service delivery. Conduct client visits and provide on-ground HR support as required. Prepare HR reports, maintain client-wise records, and provide regular updates. Stay updated with HR practices, labour laws, and statutory requirements. Qualifications Required Graduate / MBA / PG in Human Resources or relevant discipline. 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Consulting, or HR Outsourcing. Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. Working knowledge of payroll, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and labour law compliance. Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills. Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and responsibilities simultaneously. Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
Recruitment Specialist
RecruitmentRoles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions. Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, and other recruitment channels. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements. Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills, and client expectations. Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate interview feedback and ensure timely movement of candidates through the hiring process. Ensure timely closure of assigned positions as per defined TAT. Maintain a strong closure ratio with a focus on quality hiring. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates. Achieve individual recruitment targets and contribute to overall team hiring targets. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Required Graduate / BBA / MBA or relevant qualification. 1–5 years of experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment. Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills. Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn. Strong communication and candidate coordination skills. Target-driven approach with a focus on closures and TAT. Strong follow-up and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously. Quality-focused approach to hiring.
Business Development Manager (BDM)
Business DevelopmentRoles and Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients through calls, networking, LinkedIn, references, and other business development channels. Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities for ADROIT's HR services. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Conduct meetings and field visits with business owners, HR heads, and decision-makers. Understand client HR requirements and identify suitable solutions. Present ADROIT's services including Recruitment, HR Outsourcing, Payroll, HR Compliance, HR Audit, PMS, Employee Engagement, HR Setup, and Strategic HR Consulting. Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and agreements. Conduct follow-ups, commercial discussions, negotiations, and sales closures. Achieve defined business development and revenue targets. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service handover. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and providing additional HR services to existing clients. Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, proposals, and closures. Generate repeat business and client referrals. Qualifications Required Graduate / MBA / relevant qualification. Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, HR Services Sales, or Professional Services Sales. Experience in selling HR, recruitment, payroll, consulting, or other professional services will be an advantage. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong lead generation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. Ability to independently conduct client meetings and business discussions. Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence. Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Payroll Executive
Payroll & ComplianceRoles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for assigned clients. Collect, verify, and process attendance, leave, salary, incentives, deductions, and other payroll inputs. Prepare accurate monthly salary sheets and payroll reports. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for payroll-related requirements. Manage PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other applicable statutory compliance activities. Prepare and file monthly and annual statutory returns within defined timelines. Maintain compliance records, challans, employee records, and supporting documentation. Support PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements related to employee joining and exit. Coordinate with clients regarding payroll and compliance queries. Conduct client visits for payroll, HR, and compliance support as required. Stay updated with changes in payroll processes, labour laws, and statutory requirements. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of payroll and compliance activities. Qualifications Required Graduate / B.Com / BBA / MBA or relevant qualification. Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, HR operations, compliance, or related domain. Good understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliance. Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and applicable labour laws. Good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence. Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
